Yoga can be a fun and challenging practice, learn important core anatomy skills that will help you in your day to day.
Every class starts with an intention, learn to breath consciously allowing your breath (prana) to create strength and good space from within.
Fire up your deep core line with core optimised warm ups and flow through a delicious vinyasa practice moving through different asana's to release energy (Yang) blocks within the body. Feel lighter, become stronger, remain focused, centred and balanced. This class finishes with restorative yoga which uses props, yin yoga longer held stretches for improved joint flexibility and finally, a well deserved rest!
Classes are open and available to all bodies and abilities, even if your new to yoga!
Class times usually lasts 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes (depending on the group and intention)
Group class every Monday and Thursday 10:30-11:30am
Block Booking is essential - (Min block x5 classes - Next dates 23rd August - 21st October)
An energising low impact class that can improve your cardio fitness it as little as 12 minutes!
Yoga Shred is a fusion of Core Strength Vinyasa movements and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Classes are open and available to all bodies and abilities, even if your new to yoga!
